A: Yes—credit card info is entered only on the client side and transferred directly to processors, never stored or transmitted via Acumatica servers.

A: Yes—assign unique security credentials per user, role-based or individual. Unlimited users are allowed at no extra charge, and actions can be tracked.
A: Enterprise-class anti-virus software continuously monitors, detects, and removes malware including Trojan horses, worms, spyware, keyloggers, etc.
A: Intrusion Detection System (IDS) locks out attackers and initiates investigation. User logins can be restricted by IP.
A: Acumatica provides an SSL-protected URL. You may use your own certificate for custom URLs.
A: No—each subscriber has a separate database. Multi-tenant architecture still ensures improved security and separation. Data isn’t stored in the browser, only briefly transmitted via SSL.
A: Temporary zip files are generated for snapshot downloads and may stay on server for a few days before auto-deletion. You should not rely on them for long-term storage.
A: They’re permanently deleted in Acumatica. If exported prior to deletion, they can be restored later (version must match).
A: Snapshots double database size. It’s recommended to export and download them, then remove them from Acumatica to control size. You can later re-import if needed (same version required).

A: Account is disabled—but data is retained 30 days before full removal. You can request the full database within 10 days past expiration.
